Precision Weight Loss · Sustained Health
Medical weight loss, designed for residents.
Doctor-led GLP-1 programs (Semaglutide & Tirzepatide) for expat and local residents who want real, lasting results not another 30-day fad. Evidence-based, physician-supervised, built around your life in Phuket.

Why Us
Most weight loss clinics sell treatments. We deliver outcomes.
We're a medical clinic not a spa, not a pill mill, not a subscription service. Every program is designed, monitored and adjusted by qualified physicians based on your metabolic data.
A physician designs your plan, not an algorithm.
Every patient gets a qualified medical doctor as their primary provider not a nurse, not a sales consultant. Initial work-up, dose titration and monthly reviews are all handled by MDs with specialty training in preventive and metabolic medicine.
We measure what matters, and adjust what doesn't.
Comprehensive metabolic panels, body composition (not just the scale), and biomarker tracking form the foundation of every decision. Visible progress plus the underlying health metrics that predict whether results will last.
Designed for expats and residents — not medical tourists.
Programs run 3, 6, and 12 months because that's what real metabolic change requires. Monthly in-person follow-ups at our Chalong or BISP clinic, plus LINE/WhatsApp support between visits. Built for how you actually live here.
Programs
Three paths. One goal: sustainable loss, real biomarkers.
Choose based on your starting point and lifestyle. Every program includes medical supervision, regular labs, and adjustable duration.
Can I combine this with other treatments at Siam Clinic?
Yes many of our weight loss patients also use IV therapy, skin treatments, or peptide therapy at Siam Clinic. Because we share medical records across the group, your physician can coordinate care to avoid conflicts and sequence treatments appropriately.
How is this different from buying GLP-1 online or from another clinic?
Three differences: medical oversight (monthly physician review, not a one-time script), traceable medication (we dispense from licensed pharmacy supply, not online sources of questionable provenance), and integrated care (labs, body composition, nutrition built into the program). Buying online without supervision can work for some people but the safety margin is thin, and relapse rates are higher without structured follow-up.
I'm only in Phuket part-time. Can I still enroll?
Yes we treat many patients who split time between Phuket and overseas. The induction and body composition scans need to be in-person, but monthly reviews can alternate between in-clinic and video consultation. We'll work out a realistic cadence at your first consultation based on your travel pattern.
Is GLP-1 (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) safe and legal in Thailand?
Yes. Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are registered prescription medications in Thailand, legally dispensed under physician supervision. We source only from licensed distributors with traceable batch numbers, and every prescription is preceded by a medical assessment. If a clinic offers GLP-1 without a proper medical work-up, that's a warning sign.
What are the side effects? Should I be worried?
The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications are gastrointestinal nausea, reduced appetite, occasional fatigue during dose changes. These are usually mild and manageable with correct titration, which is why monthly physician reviews matter. Serious side effects exist but are rare. Your doctor will review your full history and screen for contraindications before prescribing.
